Our Beautiful Christmas Tree!

Christmas Day

Hope you all had a very Merry Christmas with your family and friends this year. We had a great day. In the morning we opened our presents and in the afternoon Grandma, Grandad, Robby and Christine came by. After opening presents we had a delicious dinner of ham, sweet potatoes, baked macaroni, carrots, green beans and rolls. Our friends Donna, Tony and their family stopped by for a visit and later that night Sara and James joined us for dessert. It was a wonderful Christmas spent with family and friends enjoying each other. Here are some photos of our day.

Now we are looking forward to my brother and his family's visit this week. We have lots of fun activities planned for their visit. I can't wait to see my two nieces. Tomorrow Robby is playing in his alumni hockey game and I'm looking forward to watching him play hockey. He plays so late at night now that I rarely get to see him play. I've always enjoyed watching him skate and can't wait to go see him tomorrow. Enjoy your holiday!

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas! We took this family photo while celebrating my parents 52nd wedding anniversary this year. The Santa in the photo was made by my grandfather. My grandparents would put Santa along with Rudolph out on the lawn every Christmas. My Dad always touches up his paint to keep him looking good. For a few years he was on our front lawn but now he's back at my parents house. It seemed fitting that Santa be in our family photo. In the photo are Rob, Sandy, Heather, Christine, Andy, Robby and Roxie.

Too Long!

Wow it's been so long since I posted on my blog. It has been so busy I haven't had much time to scrapbook lately. I know it's only December but my New Year's resolution will be to find the time for myself to scrapbook. I miss it and need to get motivated again. In the meantime I wish you all peace and joy this Christmas holiday. Hope Santa is good to you all.
